Ten years of experience within Ted Baker as buyer is the foundation of her expertise through product life cycle and beyond. As a driven strategist three years of her tenure at Ted Baker saw her successfully expand the brand globally. This resulted in ownership of a quarter of total brand turnover and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the global market.
Working with fashion and brand start-ups is a passion for Emma. It is an exciting time for start-ups with agility to pivot to consumer needs leaving the Goliath brands struggling to sign off through the chain of command.
